The junior leadership course is designed for individuals who have recently been promoted into leadership positions, are about to be placed into these positions, or are in this position and have not previously received any training in this area. The course is a 2-day course split into two 1 day segments a month apart. The first day of training provides instruction on the principles of leadership, leadership theory, and basic applications of leadership. The second day focuses on the application of the skills over the previous month as well as delving into more specific issues the class brings up discussing how they were handled and how to further improve your leadership skills with practical exercises.
This training is ideal for anyone in a supervisory role or progressing to one, from people who have just stepped up to a new position to more experienced managers who want to keep on top of their game.
